Etymology: Petrocephalus:Latin, petra = stone + Greek, kephale = head (Ref. 45335). Eponymy: Baron Alphonse de Haulleville (1860–1938) was the Director (1910–1927) of the Musée du Congo Belge at Tervuren (RMCA).
