পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 72; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 59; কশেরুকা : 42. The species is uniquely characterized by the following: no lateral line on both sides of the body; short ventral fin; total vertebrae 42 (9 trunk and 33 caudal); pectoral fin with 5 rays; spotted coloration (Ref. 84800).
