Etymology: Imparfinis: Latin, impar = unequal + Greek, finis, pinna = wing, fin (Ref. 45335).
Eponymy: Mishky is the Quichua word for sweet. The authors say: “The epithet was dedicated to Patricia Garcia Tartalo, our friend and student who died tragically in February, 2006.” We have not been able to find anything more about her. (Ref. 128868), visit book page.
