Mouth gap deeply arched; rostral cap split into 11-13 fimbriations with fleshy papillae; horny tubercles absent from snout tip and sides; about 9-10 black spots on body sides; maxillary barbels much longer than rostral ones and eye diameter (42.9%-57.1% of interorbital width); predorsal scales irregularly arranged; ventral fin never reaching anus (Ref. 50421).
