خارهاي باله پشتي (کل) : 6 - 7; شعاع نرم باله پشتي (کل) : 7 - 8; خارهاي باله مخرجي: 1; شعاع نرم باله مخرجي: 7 - 9; مهره ها: 26. Body with distinct dark oblique shoulder bar, scale margins rimmed with narrow dark line forming reticulate pattern usually overlaid by narrow dark bars and dorsal saddles; 2 dark spot at caudal base (Ref. 43716). Longitudinal scales 29-33; TRB 9-12; predorsal scales 12-19, small, reaching to above preopercular margin; scales on body mostly ctenoid; first dorsal spine white and always longest, often filamentous (Ref. 43716). Caudal fin rounded to oval (Ref. 43716).
