Épines dorsales (Total): 5; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 36; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 33. Lateral line scales 49 (upper), 11 (lower). Body brown dorsally and pale brown ventrally with dark brown indistinct crossbars; black blotch on posterior part of first dorsal fin membrane; margins of second dorsal, anal and caudal fins dusky; dusky band on caudal fin base (Ref. 27363).
