Western Atlantic: Canada (Ref. 5951) to New England (Ref. 47377), Massachusetts, USA, Bermuda, and Bahamas to southern Brazil, including the Gulf of Mexico. Central Atlantic: St. Helena I., Ascension I. (Ref. 89107, 98447).
