Etymology: Etropus: Greek, etron, -on = lower abdomen + Greek, pous = feet. More on author: Nielsen.
Provisionally valid species. Elsewhere considered as a subspecies of Etropus delsmani Chabanaud, 1940. More studies are needed to characterize it (March 2021).
