Description: Characterized by having two color variations: light grey with yellow median fins and yellow hue on lower head and pectoral fin base, or red overall color; dorsal and anal fins with fine blue margin; pelvic fins white; eye surrounded by distinctive dark ring; single lateral-line scale; greatest depth of body 3.5-4.0 in SL (Ref. 90102).
