Description: Dorsal profile of head steeply sloped; eye relatively large. Preorbital bone slightly narrower than eye diameter. Preopercular notch and knob poorly developed. Scale rows on back rising obliquely above lateral line. Presence of a brown to golden spot at base of uppermost pectoral ray (Ref. 55). Body depth 2.5-2.7 in SL (Ref. 90102). |
