(English) The fish has a hollow belly. It can either have lost its appetite or be very hungry. In the former case, it suffers commonly from a bacterial infection (e.g. Fish Tuberculosis), in the latter case, usually from a parasitic infection (e.g. gillflukes, internal worm infections or aporozoa).
