Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal): 11; Anale zachte stralen: 7. Dorsal fin with III,8 rays, without spine; anal fin with II,5 rays; pectoral fin XII-XIV, 12-15 rays; pelvic fin VII-IX, 11-13 rays (Ref. 82787).
Usually coexists with Sinogastromyzon macrostoma (Ref. 82787).
