পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 2; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 7; পায়ূ কাঁটা 0; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 10 - 11; কশেরুকা : 36. Diagnosis: snout long (50.0-53.3% HL)(Ref. 52369, 81251). Body moderately slender; adipose fin moderately long, its base 28.2-32.0% SL; caudal peduncle slender, its depth 6.7-9.8% SL; eye diameter 13.8-17.4% SL; supracleithral process not reaching to vertical through posterior-most tip of nuchal shield; body without numerous dark brown elongate spots; dorsal spine curved; anterior edge of pectoral spine with antrorse serrations; both sexes with short (< 0.1 mm) tubercles on dorsal and lateral surfaces of head; caudal fin rounded (Ref. 81251).

Found in a whitewater river (Ref. 52369).
