পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 2; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 5; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 19 - 21. Pelvic and pectoral fins densely covered with dark pigment, at least along anterior rays, in contrast to the hyaline fins of its congeners (Ref. 54767).
