Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 150 - 700 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: northern slopes of Cuba, Hispaniola, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and many of the Leeward islands of the Caribbean southward to Martinique. Not in Compagno's 1999 checklist (Ref. 35766).
