Environment:  demersal; depth range - 96 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: southwestern Kamchatka, Russian Federation.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 12-15; Dorsal soft rays (total): 120-126; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 100-105; Vertebrae: 115-122. Vertebrae 115-122; dorsal fin rays 120-126 (D + 1/2 C); anal fin rays 100-105 (A + 1/2 C), with a black spot in the anterior part of the dorsal fin; narrow interorbital gap; relatively large eyes; elongated paired fins (Ref. 57828).
Biology:  Maximum length based on largest known specimen (immature) (Ref. 57828).
