Principal caudal rays 14 (middle 12 branched); upper and lower procurrent caudal rays 4; terminal phase adults mainly pinkish red with broad yellow bar immediately behind head; initial phase white on lower half with broad dark stripe on upper half, forming rectangular blotches posteriorly in preservative (Ref. 31087). |
