Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 280 - 320 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Pacific guyot (26°45'N, 135°23'E). Also reported from the Maldives.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Reported from a guyot about 320 m depth. Oviparous (Ref. 205). Form pairs during breeding (Ref. 205).

Threat to humans:  harmless
