Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 400 - 1000 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Bahamas region between Cuba, Florida, and the Bahamas.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on the continental and insular slopes. Ovoviviparous (Ref. 50449).
