Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range - 50 m
Distribution:  Southwest Pacific: restricted to southeastern Australia, from New South Wales to South Australia, including Tasmania.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on rocky reefs (Ref. 9563).
