Max. size:  6.1 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 18 - 46 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Endemic to the Galapagos Islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs on sandy substrata, commonly on coarse on coarse sand beach habitat or in isolated patches of sand in the intertidal zone. Stenohaline, not known to occur in low salinity or in freshwater habitat. Carnivorous, feeds on various small benthic invertebrates (Ref. 28023).
