Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 1 - 856 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Thailand, Andaman Sea. Western Central Pacific: Philippines to Australia, including Papua New Guinea and South China Sea. Eastern Central Pacific: Hawaiian Islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Meso- (Ref. 7300, 75154), benthopelagic and neustonic between 1 m at night and 856 m during day (Ref. 58302).
