Max. size:  11 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 10 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Simushir Island and Japan.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 34-35; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 26-27; Vertebrae: 35-39. Caudal fin rays 15, pyloric caeca 65-70 (Ref. 50520).
Biology:  Found in tide pools to 10 meters (Ref. 51661). Maximum length questionable (Ref. 50520).

Threat to humans:  harmless
