Eptatretus moki (McMillan & Wisner, 2004)

Max. size:  47 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 100 m, non-migratory
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan.
Diagnosis:  Six pairs of gill pouches (GP) and apertures (GA); GA closely spaced (not crowded) in a nearly straight line. Fused cusps 3/2, total cusps 38-43. Prebranchial slime pores 18-21; total pores 75-82. Ventral finfold well developed with wide pale margin. Eyespots faint or absent (Ref. 51420).
