Environment:  benthopelagic; marine; depth range 100 - 1400 m
Distribution:  Widespread in the tropical and subtropical Pacific Ocean.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Meso- and benthopelagic at 15-100 m at night, 490-625 m during day (Ref. 58302).
