Max. size:  6.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Sumatra, Indonesia.
Diagnosis:  Juveniles about 18 mm SL with 4-5 thin, irregular bars; at least 20 mm SL adults with 5-6 narrow stripes on body. Adults with distinct interaxial streak on scale row +1 below dorsal-fin base.
