Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 327 - 1020 m
Distribution:  Southwest Pacific: off northern New Zealand.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Oviparous (Ref. 205). Eggs are encased in horny shells (Ref. 205).

Threat to humans:  harmless
