Environment:  reef-associated; brackish; marine
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Widely distributed along the south coast from southern New South Wales to southern Western Australia, including Tasmania.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in coastal reefs and estuaries, secretly under rocks or in narrow ledges (Ref. 9002).
