| Diagnosis: | Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 51-61; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 49-58. First ray of the first dorsal fin and pelvic fin rays extremely elongated. Scales more than 75 in longitudinal series. Pectoral fin rays fewer than 18. Attains 5 cm SL. | |||
