Distribution:  Asia: Peninsular Thailand, Chao Phraya and Mekong basins (Ref. 43281). Reported from the South China Sea (Ref. 41527).
Diagnosis:  Rudimentary pectoral; both eyes on the right side of the body (Ref. 43281).
