Vertebrae: 33 - 34. Posterior edge of pectoral spine without serrations. Body with a single dark yellow patch (actually 2 smaller coalescent patches) covering the dorsum from the origin of the adipose fin to the end of the caudal peduncle. Head length 24.4-24.5% SL; length of adipose fin base 22-23.6% SL; interorbital distance 34-39% HL; eye diameter 8-10% HL; length of nasal barbel 54-57% HL (Ref. 44391).
