Remarks Similar color in males and females. Breeding individuals have dark greenish/back background and 5 dark vertical bars under dorsal fin and 1 anterior to dorsal fin and 1 on caudal peduncle; fins gray with dark bars on dorsal fins; and iris gold with dark vertical eye-bar (Ref. 75014).
