Fishing gears used: submerged beach seines, bottom trawls, bottom fixed nets, gillnets, trawl lines; fishing season: hot months in the southern areas (May-Oct); length ranges from 30-55 cm TL with Lmax at 70 cm TL; average weight at 2 kg with maximum at 5 kg (Ref. 33871).
