পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 96; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 50; কশেরুকা : 86. Belongs to the short-skulled species-group of Monognathus. Anterior dorsal fin-ray above vertebra number 4, five vertebrae between anus and anal fin, length of pectoral fins 9.5% and posterior urostyle filament 53% of total length.
