Anterior nostril pierced on front side of a flap; processus dentiformis present; no median notch in upper lip, lower lip with median interruption; no median notch in lower jaw; caudal peduncle with elevated dorsal and ventral keels on posterior extremity, length 15.4 %SL, depth 9.4 %SL, 1.64 times in length; body depth 15.8 %SL; snout length 11.3 %SL, 49 % dorsal HL, eye diameter 5.5 %SL, 24 %HL; lateral line complete; anus about 1-2 eye diameters in front of anal-fin origin; 8.5 branched dorsal-fin rays; 5.5 branched anal-fin rays; caudal fin emarginate, with 9+8 branched rays; axillary pelvic lobe present; body with 8 broad bars, much wider than interspaces, except on caudal peduncle where interspaces are wider, irregularly shaped, the anterior ones not very distinct; 13 irregular black dots along lateral line, last one largest, immediately anterior to caudal-fin base; black bar at caudal-fin base complete but faint, except for conspicuous black vertically-elongate blotch occupying median half of fin base; dorsal-fin base with a small black blotch anteriorly, followed by a hyaline patch and a low faint grey elongate blotch (Ref. 36949).
前鼻孔在鰓蓋的在前面側邊上刺穿了; 活動 dentiformis 呈現; 在上嘴唇中的沒有中央的凹槽, 用中央的中斷下唇; 在下頜中的沒有中央的凹槽; 尾梗有升高的背部而腹的龍骨脊在後部的末端，長度 15.4% SL ，深度 9.4% SL,1.64 倍長; 體高 15.8% SL; 吻的長度 11.3% SL,49% 背部的 HL ，眼直徑 5.5% SL,24% HL; 側線完整; 關於臀鰭前面起源的 1-2 眼直徑的肛門; 8.5 分枝的背鰭鰭條; 5.5 分枝的臀鰭棘條; 尾鰭邊緣微凹的, 藉由 9+8個分支條; 腋窩的腹鰭葉呈現; 身體有 8條寬的橫帶,除了在尾梗上間隙是比較寬的﹐形狀不規則的地方以外多比間隙寬不很明顯的前面的一些; 13個不規則的黑色點沿著側線, 持續一大的, 緊鄰尾鰭基底之前; 黑色的橫帶在尾鰭基底完成但是模糊的, 除了顯著的黑色細長垂直的斑塊佔領中央一半的鰭基底; 背鰭基底前面地具有一個小的黑色斑塊, 跟隨著一個透明的小區塊與一個低的模糊灰色的細長斑塊。 (參考文獻 36949)
