Short description
Dorsal soft rays (total): 11; Anal soft rays: 8. Small size. Anterior barbel reaching anterior 1/2 of eye. Posterior reaching past posterior eye border. Complete lateral line slightly dipping below dorsal fin. Big individual . with black longitudinal band more or less regular ending with black spot on caudal peduncle. Scales on back with small aligned spots forming discontinuous lines smaller individual. without dark median line more or less marked on anterior body part. When median line not visible, small spot on median line just before dorsal fin appears.
