Short description
Dorsal soft rays (total): 11; Anal soft rays: 8. Rounded dorsal profile, long and sub equal barbels. Complete lateral line, a bit lower under the dorsal fin. Dorsal and anal both with 3 simple rays. Dorsal past olive green, sides golden, whitish belly. Scales on lateral with small black spot mostly well marked on anterior body part. Elongated black spot on caudal peduncle joining black lateral band just above lateral line widening towards anterior part of joining another black elongated spot just behind the opercle.
