Espinas dorsales (total): 4 - 6; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 18-23; Radios blandos anales: 16 - 21. First dorsal fin pale. A row of 4 pairs of sensory papillae between parallel bony ridges on dorsal surface of snout. Four sensory papillae between eyes arranged in semicircle (Ref 12850).
