Short description Morfología | Morfometría

Espinas dorsales (total): 87 - 90; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 0; Espinas anales 2; Radios blandos anales: 50 - 53. Caudal small; pectorals ovoid; pelvic fins minute (Ref. 6885). Color in life variable, magenta and silver; dark marks at base of dorsal fin in about 15 light targets, and vague darker inverted U's on lower part of body; head somewhat darker above with a light mark running back from eye (Ref. 6885).
