Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 149 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: central Honshu, Japan to Korea and to the East China Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in the sublittoral zone above 100 m (Ref. 11230). Inhabits sandy and muddy bottoms in coastal areas (Ref. 9137, 11230). Cultured and released for fishery in Japan.
