Max. size:  2.8 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range - 30 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Port Sudan to Gulf of Aqaba; Red Sea (near Muqebila).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Apparently a deep reef species, occurring in water deeper than 30 m (Ref. 13694).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 20 July 2017 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
