Max. size:  13.5 cm TL (male/unsexed); max.weight: 57.4 g
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 20 - 100 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Indonesia and northwestern Australia (Ref. 5978); Papua New Guinea (Ref. 6771); also reported from Japan and New Caledonia (Ref. 33352).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in deep sandy coastal slopes, usually at depths of 20 meters or more (Ref. 48637).
