Max. size:  18 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6 - 7.5; dH range: 5 - 25
Distribution:  Africa: only known from the type locality "Eala, Ruki River" (Ref. 3202) in the middle Congo River basin (Ref. 82238) in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Diagnosis:
