Distribution:  Asia: Indonesia (Sumatra and Borneo) and Malaya.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Restricted to peats (Ref. 57235). An air-breathing species (Ref. 118402). Male broods eggs in the mouth (Ref. 129190). Omnivorous.
