Distribution:  Africa: Agnéby, San Pedro and Banco rivers in Ivory Coast (Ref. 116799).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 15-17; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 20-22. Body depth 4.5-5.3 x SL. Head 4.1-4.6 x SL. Small eyes, 7.9-8.9 x head length. Head length 4.1-4.6 x SL. Dorsal fin base 6.0-6.8 x SL, origin behind anal fin origin. Dorsal fin base to anal fin base ratio 0.7-0.8. Pectoral 1.2-1.3 x head length and 1.5-1.7 x pelvic fin. Clear brown color.
