Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Palau and possibly the Solomon Islands.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 15-16; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 15-16. SL to 33 mm.
Biology:  Found among mangroves (Ref. 1602) and in lower reaches of rivers (Ref. 37816).
