Max. size:  16 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 2000 - 2200 m
Distribution:  Atlantic Ocean: in 2018, known from 6 adults (Atlantic Ocean), and 2 larvae (Sargasso Sea).
Diagnosis:  Body somewhat arrow-shaped and bright red in color (Ref. 6593).
Biology:
