Distribution:  Indian Ocean. Western Central Pacific: known from one locality, 3°55'N, 142°45'E.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 12-14; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 17-18. Dull body coloration (Ref. 11324).
