Max. size:  3.75 cm SL (male/unsexed); 5.06 cm SL (female)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: Rio Yaguajal, Dominican Republic. A series from Riviere du Limbe at Limbe, Departement du Nord, northeastern Haiti may also be referred to this species.
