Max. size:  4 cm SL (male/unsexed); 5 cm SL (female)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 7.5 - 8.5; dH range: 20 - 30, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: Jamaica and Haiti.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in streams. Collected near the surface (Ref. 27228). Feeds on worms, crustaceans, insects and plant matter (Ref. 7020).
